To receive your order, it takes 1 to 2 working days for the goods to be sent from our warehouse for delivery.
Framework delivery terms from the moment the shipment is handed over for delivery:
- Bulgaria: 3 to 4 working days
- Croatia: 1 to 5 working days
- Hungary: 1 to 3 working days
- Slovenia: 1 to 2 working days
When picking up the shipment, be sure to check whether the shipment is in a correct and undamaged condition. In the event that the shipment is damaged, we advise you to advertise this to the delivery person and possibly refuse to receive the shipment, because compensation for the damage is much easier to achieve with a timely reaction.
